From the Clinic...


Tylenol:We do not have Children's Tylenol/Ibuprofen on hand, you may bring some in with a signed Medication Agreement and we will keep it in a cubby for your child as needed throughout the school year.

Heath Conditions:If your child has asthma, food allergies, severe allergic reactions or any other significant health condition, please contact our Area Nurse, Kathy Davis at  [email protected].

Students entering 6th grade are required to get the tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (tdap) vaccine before they start school.

Please do not send any medications with your child (including cough drops, Neosporin, etc.). Any medications at school must be kept in the clinic with a signed Medication Agreement.

Inhalers, Epi Pens and Antihistamines for severe allergies must have a Colorado State Asthma or Colorado State Allergy Plan.

All Medication Forms must be signed by the parent and the doctor or we are unable to accept them.

All medications must be brought in the original container with a current expiration date.
